Online therapy (also referred to as teletherapy, distance counseling or remote therapy) is a convenient, secure, and effective solution for your therapy needs.  We meet from the privacy of your own home, office, or anywhere you are with access to your phone, tablet, or computer and a good internet connection.

 

Sessions will be conducted through a secure HIPPA compliant video conferencing platform. After we schedule your appointment time, I will email you an appointment confirmation that includes the forms you will need to fill out and sign electronically prior to your appointment.  At the scheduled appointment time, click on the link and follow the onscreen prompts.

Limitations:

 

• Online counselors will not be able to respond to crisis situations.

 

• Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed to the same degree as in-person sessions due to limitations of technology

 

Please Note:

Clients with severe mental illness that may require emergency services are NOT appropriate for this form of therapy and need to see a clinician in the office for the safety of the client.

*Participants must maintain a primary residence in the state of Texas
